Fee schedule

No need to be scared off by the following point system; our fee schedule is simple, reasonable and transparent – we promise! We developed this point system so you are only paying for the type of work we are doing for you, instead of you ever paying more than necessary to cover the costs associated with another client’s projects (yes, that’s what ends up happening when everybody pays the same hourly rate or subscription fee).

It also allows you to mix and match your services without incurring unnecessary costs. You cannot do that with a permanent support staff member that you compensate the same hourly wage regardless of whether he or she is opening mail, updating your website or reconciling your month end.

Point packages

We have provided incentives for purchasing larger packages of points to make it even more beneficial to utilize the vast skillset of our qualified Pros, while avoiding the overhead of hiring permanent administrative or technical staff.

  • When purchasing 1 – 199 points, each point is $5.25
  • When purchasing 200 – 499 points, each point is $5 (up to $1.75/hour savings)
  • When purchasing 500 + points, each point is $4.75 (up to $3.50/hour savings)
